Our Newest Addition - Billy Czerwionka
May 30, 2014
Just Go, a documentary film by Red Reel Productions in association with UnReel Films, is announcing today that Jeff Davis, one of the original members of the production team, is withdrawing from the trip due to personal reasons. Despite no longer being able to travel with the group in August, he will remain involved with the production in a limited consulting capacity.
As sorry as we are that Jeff won’t be along for the ride, we’re extremely thrilled to introduce our newest addition to the team Billy Czerwionka. Billy lives and works in Chicago, Illinois, and has significant adventure experience (at one point or another, Billy has visited 49 states by way of the road, including Alaska). Billy brings not only adventuring experience, but significant practical camping, carpentering, and mountaineering ability to the table. We’re very much looking forward to making this trip with him, and believe that he will be an invaluable partner in this journey, this adventure.
Look out for more information about Billy coming soon at www.justgofilm.com
JUST GO is a feature-length documentary film that sets out to explore whether true adventure can still be found in America in 2014, even if you don't have a fat wallet or a 401k.
The average American spends $150 a week on food, so the JUST GO team is going to beat that, in an effort to prove that not only is adventure still accessible – but it's also affordable. Over the three weeks of the trip, the guys will have $300 to spend on everything from equipment to food to gasoline, breaking down to a total of $100 a week.
The entire journey will take roughly three weeks. The team will begin in Seattle and make their way through sixteen states en route to New York City. Some of the highlights of the trip will be the best driving roads in the country: Going to the Sun Road in Glacier, Montana, White Rim Road in Moab, Utah, Trail Ridge Road in Estes Park, Colorado, and more.
